We share the sweaty, challenging, empowering practice of Baptiste Power Yoga, as the only infrared hot yoga studio on Spokane’s South Hill. Our yoga supports you showing up in your life so you can make the difference you want to make. We believe yoga is beneficial to all people, no matter age, gender, or level of mobility. During your practice, we invite you to challenge yourself, and take care of yourself. You will leave feeling empowered on and off your mat.
