Dog found in Legacy Ridge in Liberty Lake. The dog has identifying information and the owner has been contacted but has not yet contacted us. If this is your dog or you know the owner, please have them contact STAHR at 509.207.7984 to pickup. Must provide proof of ownership. STAHR will transport to SCRAPS if unable to locate owner.
